We’re sorry to hear that the product you bought didn’t meet your expectations. At AllThisGlitters, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, if you need to return an item, we’re here to help.
As we don’t manufacture or deliver any products ourselves, we encourage you to contact the retailer of the product you purchased for its returns policy and further details.

Know Your Rights

We’re all about transparency at AllThisGlitters, which is why we want you to know your legal rights when it comes to returning an item. Under the U.K.’s Consumer Contracts Regulations from June 2014, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days following delivery.

If you decide to cancel your order under the provisions of the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you will receive a refund for the returned item. We also remind our customers that under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have a duty to take reasonable care of the products while they’re in your possession.
